Founded in 1954, Agency of Credit Control is a second generation owned and operated billing and collection service provider based out of Denver, Colorado.
We employ and expert staff that serves local, regional, national, and international clients, providing a variety of billing and collection services carefully designed to identitfy the most effective method of account recovery. 
Our president and CEO formerly served as President of the Associated Collection Agencies, Director for the American Collectors Association, and we as a company are active members of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commmerce.
Our philosophy is to provide a high-quality billing and collection service while maintaining the utmost standards in customer service. While performing billing and account recovery, our collectors are sensitive to the negative effects that overzealous recovery efforts can cause and are aware and respectful of the rights of legally responsible relatives, gurantors, and consumers. Our expertise and approach are what set us apart from our competition. 
The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Colorado Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (CFDCPA) guide our staff’s actions, ensuring that a positive public image of both the client and Agency of Credit Control are maintained.
