AgNovos Biocience is a developer of new therapies that leverage proprietary, bone-building technology and regenerative medicine to address unmet needs in the treatment of bone disease. The Company’s first product, the OSSURE Local Osteo-Enhancement Procedure (LOEP) kit has been evaluated in multiple clinical studies and is available in select markets. RESTORE is one of the largest prospective studies ever conducted in orthopedic traumatology. The data generated will be critical to gaining access to new markets, including the U.S. and Japan. The Company has also developed the AGN1 LOEP SV kit investigational device intended to treat stable but painful vertebral compression fractures. That device has received both a Breakthrough Device designation and an Investigational Device Exemption (IDE) from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
