Agriculture Future of America (AFA) focuses on developing the next generation of agricultural leaders through structured professional development, hands-on experiences, and connections across the industry. It offers leader and career development training and community-based academic scholarships to college students pursuing agriculture-related careers. Founded in 1996 by R. Crosby Kemper and other agri-business leaders, the organization is based in Kansas City, Missouri, and operates as a mid-sized entity in the professional training and coaching space.

It targets students and early-career professionals aiming for roles in agriculture, providing programs that broaden professional development and industry exposure. AFA's collaborations, including a 2023 partnership with the U.S. Department of Agriculture to prepare youth for agricultural careers, illustrate its role in linking education with industry needs.
