AIESEC Polska is a mid-sized nonprofit based in Wołomin, in the Masovian Voivodeship of Poland. It operates within a global network that focuses on developing youth leadership and provides comprehensive international talent recruitment support for enterprises, NGOs, and start-ups. Through its programs, students and recent graduates can intern or volunteer abroad across more than 120 countries and territories and at around 2,600 universities. The organization connects partner organizations with a diverse pool of young talent and aims to strengthen the global employability market. Over seven decades, it has developed more than one million leaders, including a Nobel Peace Prize laureate, and is described as the world's largest youth-run organization focused on leadership development.
