AIGA San Francisco is a professional association for design that brings together designers from multiple disciplines to address social, ethical, and professional challenges in the field. Based in San Francisco, California, it serves the broader Bay Area—including Silicon Valley and the North and East Bay—as the region's largest design community organization and advocates for gender parity. The group is led by an executive director, a volunteer board, and several committees that guide its programs and initiatives.

Its activities include events focused on product design, mentorship, networking, and leadership development. An initiative known as Women in Leadership and Design (WILD) seeks to increase leadership opportunities and visibility for women and non-binary designers in the Bay Area. In December 2020, AIGA San Francisco partnered with Wescover to curate resources aimed at supporting women and people of color in the local design community.
