In 1955, Air Academy Federal Credit Union was created to serve the cadets, officers, and civilians of the newly established United States Air Force Academy at Lowry Air Force Base. In 2023, we updated our branding and name to Air Academy Credit Union (AACU) to better reflect our current expanded field of membership. Today we also serve educators, students, health care professionals, first responders, hundreds of small businesses and more.

Although our name has changed, our commitment to our members is stronger than ever. We’re a full-service financial institution who believes in providing custom, caring solutions to help you achieve your goals – no matter how big or small.
