Aire Rite Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, Inc. was established by Carol and “Punky” Langston on February 5, 1972 as a commercial refrigeration service company, continually in pursuit of excellence and dedicated to providing our customers with quality workmanship. Our company specializes in proactive maintenance, service and installation of heating, ventilations, air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration and cooking equipment for a diverse customer base that focuses in commercial real estate, data processing, restaurant and the food service industry. During the past 4 decades, we have developed and refined comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for air conditioning, food machinery, ice machines and refrigeration equipment tailored to each customer’s specific needs. We offer 24-hour emergency service, seven days a week and holidays. Our service department consists of over 70 fully stocked service and installation vehicles covering the San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino Kern and Ventura counties. Our objective is to provide our customers with prompt service, usually within a few hours of receiving a service call during our normal business hours of Monday through Friday. Our company consists of two groups, construction and services. Our refrigeration and air conditioning construction departments are both equally committed to providing our customers with a single source point of responsibility for all their H.V.A.C. & refrigeration new construction and retrofit projects. Our service group consists of several departments; Cooking Equipment, Gaskets / Hardware, HVAC/R and Energy Efficiency. These departments provide services, which include: maintenance, repair & replacement of equipment and efficiency solutions to meet your needs. Our reputation for supplying quality design, products, installations, and service is our Company’s biggest asset.
