Airigami is a small team of artists who craft expansive artworks entirely from balloons, spanning from intimate sculptures to stadium-scale installations. Their work encompasses installations, illustrations, and experiential pieces centered on balloon-based design, with the aim of evoking wonder and drawing attention. Clients include corporate event planners and trade-show organizers, nonprofit institutions such as the Virginia Museum of Natural History and the National Museum of Play, and private celebrations like weddings and bar mitzvahs, as well as advertisers that commission illustrations and animations for agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather and 360i. Airigami’s projects have been featured on national outlets including CNN, PBS, NBC's Today Show, ABC's Good Morning America, and The Martha Stewart Show. The company is based in Rochester, New York, and, in 2019, announced development of a STEAM program combining light and color-mixing with kaleidoscopic elements.
