The Airports Authority of India (AAI) is an Indian aviation organization established by an Act of Parliament and formed on 1 April 1995 through the merger of the National Airports Authority and the International Airports Authority of India to oversee civil aviation infrastructure on the ground and in airspace. Located in Aliganj, Delhi 110003, India, AAI operates in the airlines and aviation sector and employs between 5,001 and 10,000 people.
