The development arm of Akara Partners, Urban Form Development, is currently in process of developing in excess of $150 million urban multifamily and condominium projects in downtown Chicago and is pursuing development opportunities across the U.S. in the multifamily, student housing and retail sectors. With a strong understanding of public and private real estate valuation and financing trends, Akara Advisors, the advisory arm for Akara Partners is responsible for providing strategic advisory services including portfolio and asset level M&A , debt/equity/mezz origination, institutional fundraising and pre-IPO advisory.
