Akash Winery & Vineyard is a family‑run beverage producer located in Temecula, California. Founded by Ray and Akash Patel in 2010, the operation encompasses a 20‑acre vineyard where estate‑grown grapes are cultivated and winemaking is guided by a small team including a dedicated winemaker and winery staff. The business emphasizes crafting wines from its own vineyard, presenting familiar varietals in contemporary packaging, and offering tastings at a dedicated tasting room that opened in late 2018, with private tastings by appointment. Positioned within the California wine region, Akash Winery & Vineyard focuses on controlled, hands‑on viniculture and a direct, estate‑based approach to wine production. The enterprise reflects a regional, family‑driven model aiming to expand services in the future, with plans to diversify into amenities such as additional hospitality and venue offerings.
