Al Naboodah Group Enterprises LLC (ANGE) functions as the governance and management platform for the operating groups within the Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group. Created at the end of 2014 by Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Holding LLC, ANGE oversees three operating entities: Al Naboodah Construction Group LLC, Al Naboodah Commercial Group LLC, and Al Naboodah Investments LLC. The group is led by Executive Chairman Juma Mohammed Juma Al Naboodah, with senior professionals handling legal, finance, IT, and human capital functions. 

Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, ANGE provides centralized governance for its constituent businesses across construction, commercial activities, and investments. In January 2025, the Al Naboodah Group announced a partnership with Great Wall Motor Company Limited to introduce two Haval models in the UAE SUV/4x4 market.
