Alaska Children's Trust is a small to mid-sized nonprofit based in Anchorage, Alaska. It works to prevent child abuse and neglect by raising funds and directing resources to child welfare initiatives. The organization pursues its mission through three interrelated activities—advocating for public policy, convening partners to develop collaborative solutions, and catalyzing innovative approaches—focused in Alaska. Its work targets safe children, healthy families, and strong communities, engaging policymakers, partners, and local organizations. In March 2026, the Convergence Center for Policy Resolution announced a partnership with Alaska Children's Trust and released a Discovery & Design Report for a collaborative effort titled Thriving Kids for a Thriving Alaska. Earlier efforts include publishing the Alaska Children's Budget to illustrate how the state invests in children.
