Affordable housing focus The Albuquerque Housing Authority (AHA) is the largest housing authority in New Mexico with a mission focused on affordable housing and self-sufficiency, indicating potential for services that support property management, resident services platforms, and program administration.

Public sector partnerships Recent and ongoing partnerships (HB Construction and Enterprise Fleet Management) suggest a receptiveness to vendor relationships and opportunities to offer facility development, fleet optimization, maintenance services, and streamlined procurement for government-related housing projects.

Technology footprint AHA operates on a diverse tech stack including AWS, Google Cloud, WordPress, MySQL, Microsoft 365, and open-source tools, signaling opportunities for cloud optimization, cybersecurity, data analytics, CMS enhancements, and integration services.

Financial scale With reported revenue in the 10–25 million range and a government-backed operating model, there is potential for scalable SaaS, managed services, and cost-saving solutions tailored to public housing authorities and related agencies.

Growth and visibility As a former city division and the largest housing authority in the state, AHA represents a high-visibility client with expansion opportunities in program delivery platforms, resident engagement tools, and compliance reporting workloads that can benefit from modernization.
