Alcast Mfg, Inc is located in sunny Southern California with 50 employees. For the past 71 years, Alcast's main niche is the manufacturing of high-quality aluminum castings through Green Sand and  Permanent mold processes. We are able to take low and high volume parts from a prototype stage to finished, machined turnkey parts for our customers. We have earned our outstanding reputation by serving the Aerospace, Military, Medical and commercial industrial community. With the advent of many foundries going out of business, Alcast MFG, Inc., has become one of the largest Aluminum, Brass and bronze foundry on the west coast. With our expected growth, Alcast MFG Inc, is in the process of upgrading all its manufacturing and software processes to compete in the 21st-century marketplace which in turn should provide stability and adequate financial returns allowing us to achieve our vision and to provide an opportunity for Alcast MFG employees that follow us.

Alcast MFG Inc. provides parts to customers in Aerospace such as Boeing, Raytheon, and Robinson MFG.  We are also partnered with Military contractors like Marvin Engineering, Lockheed Martin, ITT Technologies and Hartwell Corp in delivering quality parts to our military industry.  Alcast is not solely dependent on the government side for its future, over 60% of our core business partners are in the commercial side such as Eaton fueling systems, Elevator Equipment Inc, RMI Truck Parts and Norcal Pumps.
