At Alder Grove Wellness Group we focus on prevention and treatment of emotional, relational, and behavioral concerns in individuals, couples, and families. Our providers work with children, adolescents, and adults. We specialize in promoting well-being during life’s transitions. We also treat emotional and behavioral disturbances associated with depression, anxiety, attention problems, trauma, mood instability, thought disturbances, relationship concerns, sleep and eating difficulties, and life transitions. We are available for outreach to schools, parents, and primary care providers.

We offer a unique, multidisciplinary team-approach to care. Our providers have worked together as a treatment team for over 5 years. In addition to you as the client, members of your team may include a therapist and a prescriber.  The team based approach offers a comprehensive consultation incorporating complimentary perspectives to assist you in achieving your goals.
