The Ardent Solutions team was established in 2007 to provide improved flexibility with customized employee benefits and HR technology solutions for our customers. 

It has been more than 3 years since Ardent Solutions helped to form Alera Group which has become one of the top insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the country.  We have more than 2000 employees across 70+ offices providing employers with services around employee benefits, wealth management, property and casualty, and retirement plan services.

We are now sunsetting the name Ardent Solutions and will now be known as “Alera Group: Texas” as of July 1, 2020.  We are proud to announce our new logo and name as part of the ongoing evolution of our company. We will continue to have our same great team providing exceptional service and outcomes to our clients.
