Certified to ISO 9001, ITAR registered, Nadcap certified, Alexandria Metal Finishers has provided high-quality metal finishing services for over 60 years. We serve many industries including aerospace, defense, electronics, medical, telecommunications, and packaging.

Known for handling technically complex plating and anodizing projects, our 40,000 sq. ft. facility offers over 40 certified processes—from precious metal plating to hard anodizing and multi-metal set-ups. We maintain an in-house library of federal, military, and commercial standards, and operate a fully equipped lab for testing and traceability.

Originally founded to support the U.S. space program in 1962, over the years we have also received quality awards from many of the major government contractors including NASA, ATK, Aerojet, Lockheed, Northrop, and Honeywell. We’ve contributed to projects such as the International Space Station, Titan Missile, and the restoration of the Washington Monument.
