Aligning Visions, LLC, owned and operated by Paquita Bath, facilitates tailored workshops, provides independent participatory evaluation services, and researches and writes papers for conservation clients around the world in English, Spanish, and/or Portuguese.

PARTICIPATORY EVALUATION SERVICES
Objective evaluations are critical to all of us, as conservationists, to ensure that our strategies and efforts have as great a conservation impact as possible. 

Recent evaluations include: 
•	Feasibility assessments for Project Finance for Permanence in Belize, Brazil, Mexico, Mongolia, Ecuador and Fiji.  
Independent Mid-term Evaluation of the Tropical Forest Conservation Fund, Guatemala. 
•	Independent Final Evaluation of the National System of Protected Areas Program, Mexico.
•	Independent Evaluation of the Amazon Protected Area Program, Brazil. 

RESEARCH AND WRITING SERVICES

Clients contract Aligning Visions to research and write: 
•	Two publications on Conservation Trust Funds for the Conservation Finance Alliance; 
Practical "how-to" style publications on key conservation or institutional development themes;
•	Training curricula; 
•	Business plans; and 
•	Web sites.
