Alken Industries is a major producer of flight safety and fracture critical components and specializes in 3, 4 and 5 axis machining, from small to large close tolerance airframe fittings, parts and assemblies.

Through the use of continuous improvement techniques, lean manufacturing and cutting edge technology, we provide our customers with superior quality parts and assemblies.  We handle customer electronic models and data from engineering through inspection and have complete part marking capabilities providing quality assurance to AS9100 standards.  We machine light to heavy milling and turning of complex hard metals including aluminum, titanium, steel, tungsten, and numerous exotic alloys. Our computer control machining centers are state of the art DNC controlled with multiple in-house programming systems, including Catia.
