All Atlanta, Inc. was founded in 1977 as a full-service, locally owned Real Estate company. Richard's goal back then was the same as it is today - form the best team-oriented, quality service Real Estate company in Atlanta. When we began in 1977, we partnered with a large, well-known franchise. The company won many awards and recognition's throughout the years. After the "busting" of the real estate market in 2007-2008, we had to make a lot of changes and re-evaluations in order to survive in that market. In 2011 we made the tough decision to leave our big-brand franchise partnership. This strategic move allowed us to be more competitive and focus on strengthening our agent partnerships. We continue to focus on quality service - for our agents and our clients and helping our clients achieve their home ownership and investment goals.
