Since 1994, Erich Müller, the gracious owner of All City Hardwood Floors, has developed true artistry in his work. “We like what we do and are highly skilled.” All City can create decorative borders, patterned floors, and detailed inlays to enhance your floors. The company works with all species of hardwood and bamboo flooring.
Erich looks at the condition of his clients’ floors and educates them about different types of wood and finishes, as well as floor care. For refinishing jobs, Erich sands the floor and applies sample stain colors, then confers with the client to select the desired color.
Erich personally handpicks and trains his employees. He expects them to be courteous, trustworthy (“because we are working in people’s homes!”), neat, polite, and hardworking. “We never overlook the details, and we make sure we leave the site presentable at the end of the job.”
