All Community Outreach (ACO) is a nonprofit organization focused on providing free, integrated human services to reduce hunger and housing insecurity and help families achieve financial stability. The group centers its work on addressing immediate needs, creating pathways to the future, and pursuing targeted special projects. Its programs combine income support—covering essentials such as food, clothing, utilities, housing, medical visits, and prescription assistance—with education and employment services like GED classes, college assistance, financial coaching, and career counseling.

Based in Allen, Texas, the organization operates within the nonprofit sector, delivering neighbor-centered community services in its local area. In December 2023, ACO launched its annual toy drive in collaboration with the city and local businesses such as Two Rows and Kelly's Craft Tavern.
