Tyler O’Neal is the Broker of All Miami Realty Brokerage, LLC. He is also affiliated 
with a software corporation named Supercomputing Online.com as a management member. He 
has been an active member of the South Florida Business Community for over 12 years. 

Tyler’s career background in management, sales and marketing has amply prepared him 
for his current role as Entrepreneur. For more than 10 years, he implemented and 
maintained organizational systems, controls, policies and procedures for Fortune 500 
companies, hotels, restaurants and new media organizations. 

He was responsible for reviewing and tracking profit and loss through major business divisions as well as assessing needs, setting priorities and delegating responsibilities. He also managed the 
hiring, firing, training, scheduling, supervising and evaluations of personnel. He is fully committed to the values and principals of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes, improve performance, achieve strategic goals, impact cost savings and maximize profitability (“Create Flow and Eliminate Waste”). 

Tyler was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri and believes in Midwest values. He 
obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of 
Nevada in Las Vegas. His favorite business books include The Toyota Way, The New 
Gold Standard, and The Giving Tree, which have influenced the principles of the 
brokerage. In his off time he enjoys software development, tennis and spending time at 
the beach.
