All Peoples Church operates as a religious institution in the San Diego region, delivering Bible-based worship within a Spirit-empowered framework for a diverse, multi-ethnic congregation. It is based in the San Diego area, with a listed address in La Mesa, California. Its size is described as modest, supported by a small staff appropriate for a local church. In 2020 the church acquired a six-acre property to establish a permanent campus, with plans for a building that would include offices, a gym, and a meeting hall capable of holding about 900 parishioners. In March 2024, All Peoples Church filed a lawsuit against the city of San Diego, challenging the council's rejection of its Del Cerro project and contending that the decision violates federal protections for religious institutions. The case reflects a legal development tied to the church's efforts to pursue a larger campus in the area.
