Allcare Home Health Agency, Inc. is ACHC Accredited and composed of a multi-disciplinary team of nurses, home health aides, care coordinators and personal care attendants who have extensive experience in caring for the elderly and disabled. To ensure the quality of our services in these areas, our management closely supervises our care professionals as they carry-out their client care functions in their respective assignments. We also take direction from the patient’s physician and conducted up front assessments of the client’s home care needs. We believe that this system of care provision and care plan design will help us more accurately deliver care to clients in their homes.
