Alleghenies United Cerebral Palsy (AUCP) is a 501c3 and nationally affiliated organization that provides in-home Service Coordination / Case Management services. Our Mission is to meet everyone’s basic needs and to increase the quality of life of children, youth, and adults with disabilities. To support people’s independence, we empower them so they can participate in daily decision-making and in directing their services. As a Service Coordination agency, AUCP goes beyond the waiver requirements of contact with our participants by meeting with participants at least four times per year and maintains consistent participant contact via telephone and electronic mail. AUCP is managed by a 7-member volunteer Board of Directors and a Chief Executive Officer and employs 40+ staff, both clinical and administrative. AUCP currently serves over 1200 participants in 48 Pennsylvania counties throughout the Western, Northern, and Central part of the state with administrative personnel located in the Johnstown office and 30 Service Coordinators located throughout the state.
