ALLEN Career Institute - India’s Leading Career Coaching Institute. The institute is in the name of his father Late Sh. Lakshmi Narayan (L.N.) Maheshwari. To ensure best facilities for students, founder - Director Mr Rajesh Maheshwari added more power to the mission by adding teachers along with him.
This sapling which was planted with 8 students, today has become a large tree where students from all over the country are seeking coaching for their dream entrances. With time more and more faculties kept joining the wagon with an aim to impart quality education to the students and to ensure that Kota proves to be a secure and comfortable abode for each one of them. Today Allen is the largest coaching institute in India with more than 1.50 Lac students enrolled in Classroom Programme ( 2017-18 ). 
Allen is being run under the guidance of Four Brothers (Directors) Shri Govind Maheshwari, Shri Rajesh Maheshwari, Shri Naveen Maheshwari and Shri Brajesh Maheshwari along with an experienced team of teachers guiding the students under a well-organized Academic, Administrative and Cultured environment, with the pious wishes of mother Smt. Krishnadevi Maheshwari & blessings of the most revered Jagadguru Ramanujacharya Shri Jhalaria Peethadhishwar Swamiji Shri Ghanshyamacharya Ji Maharaj.
Since its inception, Allen Career Institute has coached more than 7.75 Lac Students. More than 6500 members are working in Allen including 380+ IITians and 80+ Doctors.
