The Allentown Parking Authority is a nonprofit organization based in Allentown, Pennsylvania, responsible for managing the city’s parking system. It administers both on-street and off-street parking, and owns or operates seven downtown parking garages totaling about 3,917 spaces. The Authority also operates or leases 25 surface lots, providing roughly 1,011 additional spaces. 

It collaborates with local partners to support parking access and downtown mobility. In 2019, City Center Allentown partnered with the Authority to coordinate parking near a downtown site, including potential development of additional facilities. In late 2018, Muhlenberg College partnered with the Authority to support a bike-share program intended to connect students with downtown Allentown. The organization is a small to mid-sized nonprofit focused on parking management within the Allentown region.
