The building supply division operates across 16 offices in Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, and Georgia, providing a range of residential and commercial products.

The company traces its roots to a coal business established in the late 19th century and reorganized through a 1964 merger to focus on Nashville’s coal supply, before expanding into brick delivery in 1971. In 2022, Alley-Cassetty invested in a manufacturing facility and related property, including the acquisition of the facility used by Interstate Block & Brick’s concrete block operation, reflecting continued asset growth.
