The Alliance for Regenerative Medicine is an international advocacy organization focused on engineered cell therapies and genetic medicines within biotechnology research. Based in Washington, DC, it serves a global community of more than 400 members across 25 countries, including biotech companies, academic and medical research institutions, and patient organizations. The organization convenes the sector, facilitates policy and practice dialogues, and supports the use of data and analysis to advance the field.

It serves as the global voice for the sector, coordinating policy discussions to support the development of therapies and modernization of healthcare systems for patients. In May 2025, ARM joined with the International Society for Cell & Gene Therapy and the American Society for Gene & Cell Therapy to issue a joint statement calling for a decade-long global moratorium on heritable genome editing.
