Alliance Home Health Care Services was founded in 1999 by Jennifer Lemkuil and is a locally owned company. We have developed a great reputation and solid working relationships within the communities we serve. We have 3 office locations and provide sevices in Allegan, Berrien, Cass, Kent, Ottawa, Muskegon and Van Buren counties. We understand the needs of the client and their families and have the experienced management and staff to be able to understand the importance of quality care. We truly care about what we do and how we can make a difference in so many lives. At times we know it is difficult to make the decision on how to care for a spouse, parent or family member that is in need of help. We try to give our patients options in care and assist those in need in the comfort of their own home. We work to create a care plan that is unique to a patients situation. We offer services based from our years of experience and our expertise in the home health care field. We pride ourselves in being "the best of the best." Our staff consists of CNAs, HHAs, RNs, and LPNs. We employ caregivers that are compassionate, trustworthy and committed individuals. We work to ensure that our patients individualized needs are met, whether they are transitioning home, have a chronic condition or need personal care or homemaking services. The patients we serve range in age from pediatric to older adults.
