The Alliance to End Plastic Waste is a global nonprofit based in the Central Region of Singapore that seeks to reduce plastic waste in the environment by advancing a functioning circular economy. It describes itself as a global laboratory for sustainable solutions, drawing on more than 50 projects to de-risk, develop, and deploy new technologies and business models to curb plastic leakage. It brings together more than 70 companies across the plastic value chain with local communities, civil society groups, intergovernmental organizations, and governments to pursue solutions that balance environmental, social, and economic considerations. The organization operates in the environmental services sector, focusing on systemic change achieved through broad collaboration rather than isolated action. A notable recent development is the launch of a country programme in the Gulf Cooperation Council in December 2025.
