We are the leading manufacturer of flour, bakery mix and bakery products employing approximately 2,000 people across Australia and New Zealand. 

We have a national footprint with flour mills spanning all capital cities sourcing wheat from the key growing regions across Australia and in turn supplying flour, bread and cake mixes to food manufacturers, large and small.

In addition, we manufacture a wide range of bakery products including artisan breads, hot cross buns, cakes, cheesecake, cookies, pastries, croissants, muffins, donuts, scrolls, scones, bagels, eclairs, caramels, jams and various wet fillings.

Our business supplies these products to over 2,500 bakeries nationally including the in store bakeries at the major supermarkets.
