Allstar Tactical LLC manufactures small arms with a focus on the AR-15/M16/M4 platform, emphasizing ongoing design improvements to parts and modifications. Its customers span civilian buyers, law enforcement, and military branches, and the products are intended to address real-world needs of the platform. The company collaborates with Tier-1 training facilities for research and development to ensure that its offerings are designed with the combative shooter in mind.

Founded in 2008 by Mike Centola, the company is based in the Rochester area of New York and began as a retail firearms dealer before developing its own line of rifles and parts. It operates a retail showroom alongside manufacturing, sources from hundreds of vendors, and is registered with the DoD Central Contracting Office as a small arms manufacturer (CAGE: 5U7P8); in 2018 it expanded offices to Wayne, New Jersey and formed a retail partnership with BSH Gun Works to offer cerakote finishing and holsters at Bunker East.
