The Alpha Delta Phi International Fraternity is a long-standing Greek organization focused on literary tradition and leadership development, tracing its roots to 1832 when Samuel Eells founded it at Hamilton College. Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, it operates within the professional training and coaching sector by fostering intellectual engagement and leadership among its members. The fraternity serves college students and alumni who participate in chapters and related programs as part of its national network. A notable recent development is the September 2023 partnership with Birches Health to provide free counseling services to active members and alumni, reflecting an emphasis on member well-being. Historically, the organization has supported its chapters through centralized services, including appointing a Chapter Service Consultant in 2017. The group is identified as the fourth oldest Greek fraternity, underscoring its longstanding presence in its field.
