The Alpha Epsilon Pi Foundation is a Bethesda-based non-profit that supports the Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity by funding leadership development, educational partnerships, and programming intended to strengthen members, their campuses, and their broader communities. With support from alumni, undergraduates, parents, and other donors, the foundation provides scholarships for academic achievement, participation in leadership conferences, and educational trips to Israel, as well as grants to chapters for leadership, Israel advocacy, and Jewish holiday programming. It also subsidizes leadership development and Jewish identity initiatives and honors members through annual awards, including the Gitelson Medallion for outstanding Jewish communal service.

Its primary beneficiaries are AEPi brothers and their campuses, along with partner educational and Jewish communal organizations that collaborate on activities such as Shabbat dinners with campus groups. The foundation operates within the non-profit sector serving a fraternal organization with a focus on Jewish life and civic engagement; recent updates in 2025 include leadership changes within the broader organization.
