CEO Steve Rosenvall was introduced to the industry by his father, Craig who had been working for a small third-party administrator who suddenly refused to pay claims. Craig felt an obligation to fulfill the promises he had made to his clients. He coordinated with Steve, who was serving in the military in Afghanistan at the time, to start a company, founded on the principle of integrity, to honor these contracts.

In addition to integrity, Alpha was formed to provide Peace of Mind to our partners. All Alpha vehicle service contract plans are underwritten by insurers who hold an A.M. Best rating of “A” Excellent.
