Alta Lodge is Alta's first ski lodge, hosting skiers since 1940. We are a traditional, historic ski hotel with ski-in, ski-out access at the base of Alta Ski Resort, and only one mile from Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort. Alta Lodge offers fine dining and a classic on-mountain lodging experience. Our Lodging-Dining Package includes hot breakfast and four-course dinner with our lodging rates. Fine dining is a highlight of Alta Lodge. Full wine and beverage service is offered with dinner. We also serve lunch in our dining room -- a gracious and relaxing alternative to the usual on-mountain lunch fare. Our classic ski bar, the Sitzmark Club, is a warm spot to meet friends for a beer or a cocktail apres-ski.
