When tax friendly law is drafted into the tax code the IRS uses complicated and misleading language that is very confusing to the tax payer. Their intent is to discourage small and midsize businesses from taking advantage of the Congressional intended tax benefits. 

Alternate Tax Solutions CPAs and legal team, are experts in the tax code as well as previous Tax Court rulings that favor the taxpayer. Alternate Tax Solutions' professionals have dedicated their lives and expertise to helping taxpayers utilize the tax code to get cash infusions in the form of tax rebates from the IRS.
