Altitude Edge was co-founded by David Reyes and Ronda Hackbart in 2005 to help health care organizations reach new heights. In order to meet the needs of the changing health care environment, Altitude Edge has grown into two companies including AEC Consulting and Peak PACE Solutions. AEC Consulting strategically partners with health care organizations that serve or are interested in serving the aging population. As a technical assistance consulting firm for the National PACE Association, AEC Consulting provides comprehensive support and technical assistance to PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) programs and other health care systems that want to expand their continuum of care. Peak PACE Solutions offers PACE Health Plan Management services. Peak is committed to the PACE model of care and thus to the success of sponsoring organizations. Peak realizes the challenge of developing and maintaining regulatory compliance and getting appropriately reimbursed for serving a high-risk population. In 2012, Peak became a Shared Services Provider for the National PACE Association in 2012.
