Altus Properties is a real estate investment firm with a portfolio spanning office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties, totaling more than 5.25 million square feet. Its approach combines a cycle-tested platform with a deep understanding of real estate dynamics to pursue risk-adjusted returns for private and institutional partners. The company concentrates on select secondary markets to gain local insight and access robust off-market deal flow, enabling economies of scale in investing, asset management, and operations.

Altus operates as a vertically integrated organization, overseeing acquisitions, capital markets, property management, and asset management to control all stages of an investment’s lifecycle and respond quickly to local market movements. Headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, the firm emphasizes collaborative, cross-functional sourcing of off-market opportunities and long-term value creation; in 2023 it expanded its footprint into the United Kingdom and Northern Europe.
