The Alumni - Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program is a Miami-based initiative that partners with Miami Dade College to support small business owners in the greater Miami area. It provides practical business education, access to capital, and networking opportunities through a curriculum developed by Babson College intended to be applied to day-to-day operations. Participants are selected to receive scholarships that cover the full cost of tuition and program materials.

The inception of the program dates to 2013, and more than 300 business owners have graduated across cohorts 1 through 15. The program emphasizes translating the knowledge gained into real business outcomes by strengthening skills in areas such as accounting, negotiating, marketing and human resources, while offering one-on-one counseling and a broad network of partners and professionals.
