The Alzheimer’s Association is the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer's care, support and research. Our mission is to eliminate Alzheimer’s disease through the advancement of research, to provide and enhance care and support for all affected, and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health. Our vision is a world without Alzheimer’s and all other dementia. 

Our work ranges from providing care and support services to individuals and families living with Alzheimer’s disease in San Diego & Imperial Counties to advancing research to end Alzheimer’s. We operate a 24/7 helpline for families whenever they need us. Through all of our efforts we aim to change the future of Alzheimer’s so generations of families do not have to face this terrible disease.
