Alzheimer’s Los Angeles is a donor-supported nonprofit organization that provides care and support to people living with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, along with their families in Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties. Founded in 1982, the group has served hundreds of thousands of affected families over the decades. In addition to direct assistance, it offers training for health care professionals, education for caregivers and the general public, advocacy for public policy and legislation, and financial support to expand local research into the disease.

In June 2026, Alzheimer’s Los Angeles announced a partnership with myPlace Health to host a free Caregiver Wellness Day for families affected by dementia on June 27, 2026.
