The MacWilliam family has a deep-rooted history in Vero Beach, beginning in the 1920s when Alex MacWilliam Sr. moved to oversee the construction of what is now Riomar and later served as mayor for a 20-year tenure.

Alex MacWilliam Real Estate opened for business in 1949 by Alex MacWilliam, Jr. as one of only four realty firms in all Indian River County.  This long history gives the company a unique perspective and expertise on the local real estate market.  We are proud to have been recognized as one of the top real estate companies in Vero Beach and Indian River County, Florida.
