AmAudit (an American Association of Utility Auditors company) was formed in response to rapid changes in the regulation of the various utilities consumed by our clients. The purpose of AmAudit is to improve the financial position of our clients by working as an advocate for our clients and auditing their utility service providers. For our Commercial and Industrial clients, we assist them in identifying vendor contractual errors, savings opportunities, recovering overpayments, and securing the most competitive rates for the utility services they consume. For Institutional, Educational, and Governmental clients, in addition to savings and refund opportunities, we also assist them in identifying areas of potential revenue enhancement through auditing their unique relationships with various utility providers. In particular, for governmental accounts we have been industry pioneers in auditing their franchise agreements and tax collections in addition to saving opportunities.
