America Developing Smiles is a nonprofit organization based in Doral, Florida, founded in 1997 to promote human development and support children and families in need. It operates as the United States headquarters for Asociación Damas Salesianas, mobilizing more than 300 women volunteers who organize fundraising initiatives for children's educational centers in Latin America and for community outreach programs in less privileged Hispanic neighborhoods in U.S. cities.

Through its ADS affiliation, the organization supports education and related services for more than 2,300 children across Venezuela, Nicaragua, Colombia, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Florida. Its mission centers on empowering women through leadership, volunteerism, and fundraising to assist impoverished Latin American communities, guided by values including God, responsibility, trustworthiness, respect, and humanity.
