American Canvas and Awning has over 100 years of experience serving customers with care. All frames are galvanized steel tubing, fully welded. Welds are grounded smooth and cold galvanized. Aluminum tubing is also available. Frames have the option of being painted or powder coated. Materials available for covers can be coated canvas; woven acrylic; vinyl coated; vinyl laminates; clear acrylic and plastic; or metal. All our work is done in house. We have our own production facilities so any custom size or shape of frame and cover can be produced. We have the ability to make any canvas project, from a small back door awning, to the largest hotel awning. Custom covers are also made with ease. We have made them for small machinery, large window washing machines, and even a custom weather protector for the one hundred foot diameter historic dome at the Westfield Center in San Francisco (previously the old Emporium building).
