ACP is a mid-sized nonprofit based in New York City that supports military communities by facilitating career transitions through mentorship. The organization runs yearlong mentorship programs that connect transitioning US service members, veterans, and active-duty military spouses with business leaders from hundreds of major companies, at no cost to participants. More than 38,000 veterans and spouses have completed the program.

Operating within the nonprofit sector, ACP aims to bridge the gap between military service and civilian careers by pairing participants with corporate leadership to help them secure rewarding work. In 2026, ACP was named the presenting partner of the Military Impact Summit at MCON 2026, underscoring its role in convening industry voices around veteran employment.
